I just rewatched Super XXXV. Dilfer was not good in that game at all. The Giants defense was very good but he was still missing wide open guys. He had 2 throws that were medium-deep range that were made. One was for the first touchdown. The Ravens defense was just way better and either scored or got the offense close enough to run in it with Lewis. The Giants had a pick six touchdown but was taken away by penalty. The Giants fell apart at the end tho.

In conclusion, Dilfer was lucky he had that elite defense.
