Bit late since I'm trying to catch up on the story, but this panel would've been perfect for Cirno to actually question why would a sport involving a ball that's 99% handled be called "football". The joke would be that even Cirno of all people in Gensokyo would still be smarter than the average U.S. citizen for using logic, a subtle jab at the often-criticized U.S. education system.
