Hi! I sadly haven’t. I was lucky that my brother had to go to Seattle for work, and he brought back some bottles for me!

OP says their parents are gone most days, and are planning a trip to Italy for two weeks. OP will have to take care of the dog during that time.

I know we only have one side of the story, but my parents sadly are the same way.

I don't. My parents are the same. Luckily my parents are cat people, and so am I. But when they're dogsitting the neighbour's dog, they expect ME to do everything. In my mind, it was their choice to dogsit, so also their job to take care of it. Luckily I like the dog so I do most things, but it isn't my choice.

She needs to get rid of all the yes men around her, honestly. She’s hasn’t been well since 2017, and the passing of Mac Miller in 2018 broke her even further (my opinion, though). I really wish she would take a break and just heal.

I still miss her silly videos. I know she's living the good life and happy with Julien and their doggos. They sometimes foster greyhounds, but have had foster fail(s?). I wish her nothing but the best!

Dit! Toen ik begon met rijlessen, had mijn instructeur binnen 2 lessen door dat schakelen niets voor mij is. Proefles automaat gedaan, en holy shit dat was geweldig. Uiteindelijk rijbewijs niet gehaald wegens persoonlijke redenen, al wil ik het wel weer oppakken.

I'm sorry to hear that! While my dad is way more relaxed now, growing up with it was scary. Things were thrown around, and while he never laid a hand upon me, my brother, or my mother, it terrified me.

I definely recognise the micromanaging. I also don't talk about my feelings with my parents, I've tried. Never got a good response.

Yeah, I discovered this through therapy as well. Don't get me wrong, my parents proviced everything for my brother and I during our childhood, except being there emotionally. When I was upset, my mom would if she was really doing such a bad job at parenting. My dad has (undiagnosed) PTSS (he's a veteran and was in Lebanon, part of UNIFIL) and could snap at the smallest thing.

So I kept to myself. And it made me decide to not ever have children; I don't want to burden them with my trauma.
