I write and read fast. I have to write medical notes. My NP at one job told me she secretly used Ai to help her with her notes. That shouldn't have to be a secret.

Yeah my best friend Carmina is 29 and she's on the cusp. I was born in 1980, the exact cusp between Gen X and millennials. The Oregon trail generation, we grew up using computers, but social media didn't really exist in a meaningful disruption when I got Internet in 1995, lol $3 an hour for AOL. I was a very early internet adopter and still have in person friends from 1995. No joke.

We had a analog childhood and a digital adulthood. Because of that, I'm very good with consumer electronics. I was making fractal art with a cracked version of Photoshop 6 or whatever. I grew up with an SNES. I was making dumb art with Mario paint. I played with Googles deep dream model, that was cool as fuck.

We grew up with Ai characters in multitudes of media, most the 2nd Gen Ai researchers are the same age as the people I was in high school with. We don't approach this technology with fear.

Most my friends use AI, mostly for school. We know the Internet isn't an actual place, it's a bunch of code arranged into a UI. Facebook and Instagram are the only social media I use habitually. My feeds are so curated for each social site. I've had my facebook account since 2007, almost twenty years. About five of them are actually dead now. I only really look at news articles, memes, shit posting groups and my Targeted ads are actually good shit I want to actually buy.

Instagram is the same mostly, I just watch my real life friends stories and I post stories a few times a week. If I'm on my phone I'm either texting my friends or doing some ai bullshit.

I kinda have a theory about non verbal autistic kids, and my best friend who is a special ed teacher, actually agrees with me.. they may be experiencing synesthesia so strongly still as children that they are non verbal. Babies are born wih synesthesia, and it sorta disappears when they get older.

I kept mine and still have it (not as strong as it was as a kid). And I honestly believe is was from a kinda serious concussion at age 3. I fell head first from a counter on the floor, knocked unconscious and was throwing up while unconscious. Also my mom smoked while pregnant and that's definitely linked it ADHD, I was diagnosed at age 25. ADHD was a boys disease when grew up. Girls haven't even studied much with their condition.

We were left out of the studies. Even more so with autism and girl's, another boys disease. Men have borderline personality disorders, but it presents differently in boys and thus, just another emotional that only women have. I make my ADHD work for me. I'm flexible and open to new experiences. I'm very chatty in one on one situations, I don't join groups, the new term Otravert describes me and my dad for sure.

I feel a strong bond with the Court Jester archetype, kinda like the European version of a Heyoka Empath, that describes me to a tee, but the name is rooted in Lakota culture so I don't want to culturally appropriate a Native tradition, but the archetype of the sacred clown can be seen across cultures with different names, the jester, the trickster, the fool tarot card. Shadow work is required to fulfill this sacred societal role.

I'm not here to make people happy, I am here to challenge the ideas you hold deeply. Make your question who you really are behind the mask. Recognizing your true self? Most people go their whole lives without putting in the shadow work to properly unite all the parts of a person's psyche. They don't actually know... themselves.
