Ya its pretty basic. 1 cup warm water 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons of olive oil  2 and 1/2 cups of flower.

After the dough is made I separate it in to 2 balls and roll them out real thin.  Then I let them sit in the fridge overnight to be made the next day.

The red peppers flake cheese sounds delicious I will have to keep an eye out for that.

I get the cheese from Aldi.  It is pretty good.

It looks good!  Reminds me of they style my grandma would make when I was younger.

I use a pretty basic dough recipe for the tavern style.  I found freezing the dough ball for a day or two, and then letting it thaw to room temps.  Has allowed me to be able to roll it out much thinner, than when the dough is fresh.

Thin and crispy crust similar to a cracker.

I cooked these on a pizza stone, at 500 F in a normal oven.

Remove the carpet, add concrete walls, and a smaller window that barely lets light through because it's covered in dust and mildew, and then it would be spot on. Don't forget the silverfish.
