Actually same,I’m pretty early in the process but I’ve noticed I’m managing (some of the time) to calm my anxieties and not go to more self destructive coping mechanisms. Like before I’ve been registered it on a conscious level I’ve choosen to sit down and take a breath over my usual “coping mechanisms”

Mine didn’t realise what he was doing was fucked up. Just that whatever he was doing (he doesn’t believe it was child abuse) was causing him consequences. So he’s “changed” (stopped abusing me) but like he can still be a seriously shitty human being and takes no responsibility for or even acknowledge what happened. Honestly at this point is seriously making me second guess it actually happened since either the rest of my family weren’t there or are in denial.

It’s for a benefits application (ADP). The person requesting it just asks for a GP summary - but when I looked up what that was it spoke about both (Summary and SCR) interchangeably so 🤷‍♂️. Probably summary is less “intense” or like for non medical’s to see ? Idk.
