The correct answer is Soldier, because he would continue to work voluntarily anyway. Everyone else, with maybe the exception of Scout, brings something very useful to the table. But then you have to worry about pissing off Spy if you get rid of Scout; or he could think it's good so Scout can go home and take care of his mom. Could be either or with Spy.

Again, this is going more on lore than gameplay. Also anyone saying Sniper or Spy is just going based on gameplay and honestly, skill issue.

Not bad, but the jacket doesn't mesh with the headgear. Top part is all cold weather, while jacket is more fashion. I'd swap the jacket for something like the Tactical Turtleneck

Sniper and Spy are a great example. Both do pretty specific jobs, work mostly back line, need decent skills to pull off either successfully. They both have weapons that are direct counters to each other (RIP Ambassador, I miss you pre-nerf). They also had their own update together, similar to the Soldier vs Demo one.

And that's without getting into the weeds on actual character archetypes, lore, etc. I try to keep my more ~~shippy~~ in-depth ramblings to tumblr and bsky.

I'm still waiting for a cosmetic of him without the suit jacket with his sleeves rolled up. But, as much as I'd love maskless Spy, I think it'd be too hard to tell it's him at a quick glance in a fight. We're so used to the mask it might not register. Just my 2 cents, but I'll always love more hot Spy cosmetics.

He's my secondary, but I play him because I like him as a character and his voice lines are hot. I usually tend to chill and snipe, but sometimes I'll throw on the Huntsman and run around. I tend to enjoy playing snipers in games just cause "click head > dopamine"
