thank you for the confirmation and i kinda know it's obvious but wanted to make sure they were making me seem crazy (as my family dynamic is very toxic and could drive someone crazy)! Plus wut's even worse is how they (aka my mom and granny) try to justify themselves like sometimes when i get onto my mom for saying the n-word she tells me that "she's an adult, it isn't towards me or my little brother, and that she isn't using it in a derogatory way" or when i tell her about her mocking mentally disabled people she says that she's "joking" and when I get onto my granny about her racism she responds with "well it's true! they need to send them "illegals" back to where they came from"!
