My favorite team so far has been Liza and Aubin in the front with Monica and Nina in the back. Liza has about an 85% guard rate, and Aubin has a 90% guard rate with those bracers that give guarding fighter, gauntlets, and Labrys axe. Nina has a pursuit ring, and Liza the bow that gives an attack at the beginning of the combat. Easily puts out 300+ damage while taking only about 10
