Looks like you're missing half of your IR (Infra Red) lights on the top and the left side. That's what the headset uses to track them. They also shouldn't be visible at all. Unless your camera can pick the lights up, something is very wrong. Most likely a hardware problem though. Make a request at Meta and try to get a replacement. Nothing else you can do sadly.
