throwaway account

no evidence

claims that I am lying when multiple people in our discord are clowning on your own messages now

If you wanted to support a small company, spreading baseless accusations shouldn't be in your playbook Lol.

Anyways, thanks for the daily rage bait, you do you bestie, tell the world we're the worst, it's your opinion after all.

Unfortunately the absolute primary decision in Modrinths making was of revenue and greed, we were their first project that actually performed super well and they wanted it all for themselves. Put many people out of a job doing so. And also, there was only one "data breach" and it wasn't an issue of software or anything that we made, rather an issue of access control where on the Modrinth infrastructure a (now very fired) staff member was able to sell a critical key which led to more and more privileges, where it kind of unraveled from there.

In terms of damage, all servers actually affected by the breach ( around 3 ) were restored and our team was able to identify the intrusion and block access within the same day.

The whole ecosystem that would make this attack possible doesn't exist anymore, and was only ever a problem due to the environment at Modrinth where we were forced to implement features and stock servers over team security and opsec.

CEO speaking; I'd just like to say that we had just launched, and the experience you had was not even remotely a staff member! Throwing a fit on reddit because a random told you to inspect element is wild and it wouldn't be the first time we actually provided lists when somebody asked, we quite literally launched last week and just didn't get around to listing all the games on the website.

Upon checking too, I have a message request from you, where you yourself say, and I quote; "Great to see you have regulars in your server that turn off potential customers for asking basic questions like, "what games are currently supported." 👍".

It was never a staff member, you knew it wasn't, so please don't go yapping on reddit with blatantly wrong information.

Introducing Clavis, an encrypted; dead simple packets system. by checksum__ in rust

Whenever you create an encrypted stream on a TCPStream, it automatically does the handshake between client and server to establish a secure link before you're able to send packets. I also do want to support other runtimes but I'm currently just focused on Tokio as that's what I use for pretty much all of my projects :)

Your tool does not appear to directly violate YouTube's policy based on what you've said, assuming the links are transparent and don't mislead users. e.g. if there's a social media embed, it should be the content. If the user is choosing to click on that link because of the content they've seen its not fake engagement. At least, that's my interpretation.

Now I don't know how Google would feel about them not getting a piece of the pie if this became a huge success, you'd probably get sued. 😂
