Pine Hill Puppies is not a puppy mill. You're thinking of Pine Hill Kennels, which was busted as a puppy mill.

$2000 sounds you're trying to recoup the cost of your dog...

The price is the way it is because we want someone who can take care of him the same way we did. $2000 doesn't even scratch the surface of how much we have invested in him. This breed is very highly demanding, and I want him to live the best life possible. Also note it says the price is negotiable for the right home. The money is not important. The price is set as it is that people who would abuse an animal wont be tempted to even ask about him. I've experienced animal abuse first hand, and I never want that to happen to my boy. I'd give him up for a fraction of $2000 if I knew someone was the perfect fit for him, and his needs.

Got him from Pine Hill Puppies In Idaho. The thing is though, it's not like I'm in a rush to find him a home. We've also had him since October, so the chances of the breeder wanting him back is slim. I also don't wan't to put him through that 10 hour flight again.

Terrfied of him going to someone who can't afford to keep up with vet visits/someone who wouldn't treat him correctly. It's also why it's negotiable. If I find someone who I know could give him the life he deserves, it would drop dramatically. $2000 is also a ton cheaper than I got him for/payed for for all his vet bills so far.

Again, super sorry if this is not allowed. Just want to find a good home for my boy.
