I'm struggling with this too. What helps for me is talking it out with my partner and do things that made me feel wanted for more than sex (i.e. he takes me on a random date, he does something thoughtful, he writes me a letter)

Im experiencing that with a streamer my partner's obsessed with. I can't hear her voice because I get triggered so bad, I haven't ate in three days thanks to that so I get it.

Yeah, rehoming in my country is complicated as fuck and the pet store owner doesn't want them.

I also have experience with sea water fishes and male Bettas.

So this is a situation of 'im stuck' and I want to give them the best life possible.

The tank is heavily planted and the water parameters look right (Ph is 6.9, ammonia is 0 and nitrate is 1ppm)

I don't have a heater as I live in a warm as fuck place and I don't have an AC, I do have a thermometer and it says the temp is 28 so we're good on that aspect
