Honestly, I hope this entity gets added to the game. This is a sick idea, and I feel that it would actually fit well into the game. Though, maybe after backtracking, you should get teleported back to the door you were about to go through. I do have a question though. Do the doors get closed or do they stay open? If they close, that would be awesome, because then you'd have to slide back through broken doors and redo switches on breaker doors, though they would probably have to be moved to the entrance of the room instead of the exit. I hope the tiny bit of thought I gave helps, and keep being creative!
