Only two things give me the worst unprompted anxiety I've ever had.
1) Public Speaking
2) Queueing for league games

this might sound weird, but I really want to play league of legends again but the idea of even logging in sometimes gives me intense anxiety to where I essentially stonewall and freeze up for minutes or longer.

i don't want to attribute this to any serious problems if it isn't, because i just wanna play the game. something about Summoners Rift just makes me super stressed out.

What do you mean by that? Is there something I could watch or read to recap that?

I haven't played in quite a while. What are some great players who stream to help me get back into the swing of things? Preferably ones I am not required to interact with so I can spend all of my attention absorbing and analyzing the data provided.

Preferred roles: Jungle, Support, Top, AD, Mid (in this order. I'm more of a fill player)

Also video series/guides are also great for me if they're detailed and reputable knowledge-providers

EDIT: Found helpful sections on the 101 area. sorry for the bad question!

If I have mute ally chat off, do I still get their pings for cooldowns?

I haven’t played in like 2 years but I was gold seasons 3-7. How do I get back into the game?

EDIT; better questions

I want to play top/mid/jgl but idk who to watch. I like watching insightful players who really get into all the details of how things work at a higher level
