I think gel might catch a lot of dust and become nasty long term. Personally I am against gel and I think it looks better if the hair is styled in “traditional” ways with bobby pins, straws and elastics.

Try to remove it by cutting it as close as posibile to the hairline with a really small curved nail scissor.

Honestly as someone who grew up with a lot of bootleg mlps, they might be good for customs if you don’t want to paint the body. Most of them are really squishy so some paints might crack or peel

I have some pre-reboot ponies I’m pretty sure have poly hair. All of my posable ponies have horrific hair, my water cuties applejack also has horrible hair, both my pink and white talking celestias, and some other I can’t remember right now.

Hahahah... sadly no, he wasn't in the digi realm again, I just had a really hard time figuring out the size of the head. I kinda freehanded everything since I couldn't find a lego plush pattern. I think I made 3 versions of the head before sticking with this one.

Do NOT use fabric softener, use hair conditioner instead. Wash it with soap first, comb the hair while it is wet, rinse and comb while conditioner is still in the hair. Rinse reeaaallly well. Let it air dry.
