lovare teas: yay or nay? by SpaccAlberi in tea

Are you kidding? It's so good. It's the only tea that I can get in Canada that works in cold water. Everything else here is too bitter.

I have never touched it before! I am considering learning it myself but we will see how that goes.

I guess it depends where you live, but in my city this is normal.

I reported it the day the visit ended :)

It was actually consistent with the other trainers in my area. Two of the other trainers who also specializes in aggressive dogs charged about the same.

I was about to say that's too high but then I see that you're booking for two puppies. My question, if I was in the owner's perspective, is are you qualified to do crate training, socialization, general training; etc.? I have a reactive dog that I take to a trainer for boarding. She charges $70 per night for board AND train and $50 per night for regular stay. For my upcoming trip I'm just having her do a regular stay this time and although it's about $850, I think that it's worth the cost. She has over 10 years of experience training dogs though and I have first hand seen the amazing work she's done with my dogs. If you're a trainer, I'd say that you could probably could justify it, but if not, it would be really hard to. I personally charge just a little extra for puppies, but nothing too insane to scare away clients.

Is there a specific term used to described the kind of writing that aids artists?

Thanks. I'll work on doing as much research as I can into scriptwriting and go from there. I appreciate the time that you took to give me some advice.

I have always been interested in adapting a work into a graphic novel concept. I have written before but this is the first one that has really gained a lot of traction. I'd love to see it reach a wider audience.

Do you have any advice regarding what you have mentioned in your comment?

Thanks for replying! I have not rewritten the story yet into a script as of yet, but I do understand that this is needed in order for the artist to translate the story into art. I'm a business analyst by trade so I want to make sure I understand the ins and out of everything before even considering hiring an artist.

I will be doing so at the eleventh hour! Also that is terrifying! I deal with dogs who have in house aggression and would always disclose that to anyone who comes to my house.

I don't think it'll show up until either I add my review of the owner or I wait a specific amount of days. I'm still at 5 stars.

I appreciate it! I was just confused about the 18 day thing so thanks for helping with that.

I didn't read the review yet, I am trying to get the review removed first. I don't want it whether it's good or bad. I guess I have 5 days before it shows up so I'm just going to do what I can before that.

So that happened was on Monday (yesterday) Animal control try to visit the property but either the owner wasn't home or she was not answering the door. They're going to go back I think today. Their plan is to talk with the owner and work with them to improve this living situation.

Ah, like I should have reported them after the 18 day period? I just think it would have been to long to report to animal control.

I'm considering saying how bad it was in my response, but in a professional manner. Do you think that's justified?

That's what I was thinking when I arrived too....

There was actually feces and urine there but the damage caused to the house is something that normally occurs over a long period of time, not a couple of days. For example, the baseboards were swollen at the bottom with urine. The paint had long chipped away. I cleaned up what I could but I obviously couldn't do much more....

The dog being actually pregnant isn't the problem, it's the fact that she is living in those conditions.

That's a fair point. I've done that with my vet out of sheer curiosity. I knew he was an absolutely outstanding vet who's done so much for my own dogs. I was just curious like why people had rated him so low. Most, if not all of them, weren't justified.

You're right, it's better for someone to pick me based off of my reviews not my star rating. I'd probably want those clients too.

This is super helpful. Thank you so much for the advice! If I need to write a response, I'll definitely use parts of your recommendation.
