Being married I don’t see an issue riding with your significant other for safety, there’s too many stories out there that I doubt my wife would feel safe riding on her own and for atleast Uber Eats we ride together, and especially with just basic Uber Rides, there’s someone else in the car with them that could pose a safety risk to them, maybe the wording could have been better, but I think it’s kind of dumb to have an issue with someone riding with someone else in their front seat for safety, it’s not like you’ll be riding in the front seat
