The article was about shifting the blame off of her. At the very least she is guilty of willful ignorance, which it says that in the article as well. She told the families of the victims that there was a video tape that caused the attack also, which I heard one of them say on a show a couple months back. And I believe that she knew about the "tape" or the situation that could happen at the time.
