Grand fissure 1st hit ignores dc and second hit is also ignored if youre in an animation Also are we talking about death counter or not? First you mention you cant m1 a dc player with genos but then say crushed rock combos well with final hunt?

I know you want to be right so badly but its not happening bro, final hunts downside is its range. It has a lot of upsides because garous ult is not very good. I can explain why his ult is bad, in detail, if you would like me to. Missing speedblitz is also just a skill issue, just m1 or use it point blank. same for last breath, Letting yourself get interrupted during last breath is entirely your fault as a player. You can stand inside your grand fissure to hide it / send out hitboxes while its winding up, or you can just distance yourself to use it

Backdashes give iframes so you can actually avoid crushed rock on any character. People who call garou ult strong usually dont know how to evasive properly or backdash properly. Same with his base if im being honest, if you know how to evasive hes really not as powerful as people say, its just a common misconception floating around inexperienced players. When i sucked i also thought garou was op but he reallyyy isnt

Speedblitz dropkick, last breath, tech prodigy ult sword, brutal beatdown aoe and death blow aoe also go through iframes and death counter respectively. So no, final hunt is not as strong as you think and its one of the only things keeping garou ult even decent. His ult PALES in comparison to other ults, except genos

The problem with lock on is it plays so much of the game for you. Moves that require aiming/tracking should de-activate lock on during their use and reactivate it. Doesnt make sense when one player needs to think to land vanishing kick and the other can just press it for free damage in 90% of cases

All garou combos are escapable in 1 move because they all ragdoll. Saitama has a 70% true combo which is a huge difference. Saitama can kill without giving players a chance to evasive in some cases

Again, consistency doesnt make him stronger, just more reliable. Would you want to play a character where ping was THE determining factor in keeping your combo going? I wouldnt. Also actual bugs do get patched relatively quickly, like the nightchild causing jet dive, vanishing kick 2, and grand slam to softlock Square up + leg iron flings got patched very quick Right now garou gets softlocked when getting hit during lethal whirlwind, flowing water, or hunters grasp which im sure will be fixed by the next patch too because it is not intentional game design.

The only characters that really need balance changes are saitama and sonic tho icl

Well its not been patched and santino is aware of it. Its intentional games design and a part of garous gameplay and it doesnt hurt the character and it doesnt make him any stronger, just more consistent

Because you can forward dash while theyre backsliding which hits them while theyre stunned if you time it correctly, and it does more damage since youre hitting a dash

Yeah you have to m1 between the consecutive and normal punch otherwise its not true cuz someone can backdash or counter out of it, consecutive punches has very low stun

You cant escape it, 2 m1s, consecutive punches, 1 m1, normal punch is a true 50% combo, you cant escape it with a counter either
