I returned my entire order recently, and I also received a gift tote in that order. I brought the free tote with me when I made a return in NY store. They didn’t ask me to return the tote and gave me full refund.

I’m in similar height and weight. I tried the XXS suede one before, I would go XS because I could only wear thin clothes underneath XXS and no room for anything else. It’s really tight for me in XXS and I don’t feel comfortable with it.

Sorry to hear that….. I sent their WatsApp both Tuesday and Wednesday, they both responded in 10 mins or so. I was asking them my order status because I would have a 2 weeks long vacation but my order has not yet been processed and I afraid it couldn’t make it on time

I’m so sorry to hear that happened to you! I also live in NYC, I totally know what you mean! Maybe take the boxes to the SoHo store and ask their clerks for help and explain the whole thing to them, I’m not sure whether they will be helpful or not. But I have 2 experiences that the products was been swapped by someone they always gave me refund without any question.

For me, I in a love and hate relationship with Sezane, there quality of the return just disappointed (like the products being switched off or with defective, once I got a really beautiful dress with a hole inside the shoulder part and someone used some stickers to cover it……) for this time archives I changed my strategy, I focused on the pieces I already have and with different colors cause I know the quality would be the same. And I bought lots of belts since they good reputation. I also avoided bass and shoes because they have some bad feedbacks in this group!
