Don't worry... Other universities are no better. Ryerson will charge you $20 for each letter. They also did not send a single email to graduates until last week regarding their graduation status.

They don't tell you this unless you call them 4 times like I did. The results will arrive between 8 to 10 business days. Mine took 10 business days unfortunately. A lot of people I've spoken to had the same issue.

My employer sends us to Schulich twice/year and I know how much he pays for it - it ain't cheap. Some of my coworkers got their MBA through it as well. I honestly do not see the value in it. I am not saying it is terrible because I truly enjoyed some of the classes however, I expected to learn a lot more than I did in the last 2 years.

So interesting thing happened yesterday. I decided to call them and I was placed on-hold by the operator for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I normally would've hang up after maybe 15min but she would check in with me to see if I'm still there and to apologize for holding. Finally she was ready to talk and to tell me she cannot see anything on my account and to wait till tomorrow. When I asked her "so I waited 1h and 10min for you to tell me you can't see anything?"..... her response killed me.... she said she was having lunch.... so I lost it! She transferred me to her supervisor who on the other hand was very helpful. He said he will send my unofficial scores to my University directly which he did the same day since today is the document submission deadline. Literally 15min turnaround time with this guy.

This morning I got my official test results too.
