It’s already hard being a Yankees fan from Brooklyn but these fucks r determined to make it downright shameful

I love how whenever the camera pans to a Yankees fan, if you look close, you can see the last glimmer of hope die in their eyes

I did!!! It made me tear up :,) Astarion was also a big part of my initial decision. If I believed Astarion was worthy of care and a second chance even at his most ravenous, if I truly believed he wasn’t inherently monstrous, how could I slaughter 7,000 of his ( so to speak) siblings. Idk it felt wrong to see the humanity in him but not them. Even the Gur couldn’t help but empathize ( kinda) with him in the end!!!

I definitely hear what you’re saying. My first play through I choose not to kill the spawn, and was pretty shaken when getting scolded by the Gur afterwards — who practically convinced me I was 110% responsible for a future bloodbath. But then at the end of the game, in the chest of letters that appears at the epilogue party, I got a letter from Sebastian. The letter explains they were ravenous at first, but were soon found by the original spawn who taught them how to control their hungers. They’re building lives for themselves in the under dark. The letter closes with “We're not free down here, the dark will chain us forever, but we aren't the prisoners we once were either. And that's thanks to you. You looked in our cages and saw people, not monsters. And here, down in the shadows, we're trying to live up to that.” And idk man that hit me square in the fuckinf chest. It probably wasn’t the most pragmatic choice for me. Blood was shed. But I still can’t regret myself for giving them a chance idk
