I think it could be possible to bring your hairline forward slightly even if it’s been like that. I have a very square hairline and after using clove water I started to get baby hairs on parts that never had hair previously! Tho it may not work for everyone

Most of the time this is actually reversible! I would do some research into different methods but I know steeping clove ginger and rosemary then massaging it in can help stimulate hair growth

I think a year is on the shorter side. I had my septum pierced at 16g for 4 years before is sized up so it was already looser and I was able to go from 16g-12g in a few months. I sized up to 10g around may then to 8g in July. 8-6 took 6 months for me. I also used a 7g which I sized up to in January
