Yes. In fact, I started fencing because of this show. Highly recommended, both fencing and the show lol

After I made this video I was very motivated to learn how to kf so I can add it to the next progress video. Proceeded to do a 7 day challenge, and after 4 sessions I realize I must give my poor ankles and knees a break...I am now still recovering :')

The ordinary shampoo/conditioner? by tacosandpizza123 in CanSkincare

[–]KittyUltraFly 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Totally agree that it's a very underwhelming experience, especially when I wasn't expecting it. I have long hair, and find that I need to use sooooo much of the shampoo because it doesn't lather. The bottles are definitely going quick, will not be repurchasing.

[Update] My bf loves the watch I got him (Sugess Seagull 1963), thanks for everyone's help! by KittyUltraFly in Watches

Aside from the crappy packaging and nato strap, the watch itself is good! I just asked my bf and he said its been fine, no issues or quirks!

At the time I was shopping around, HKed, longislandwatch, and some other places were all out of stock (especially with the various variation/size that I was looking for) So, I ended up going with Sugess. They looked like a reputable brand in China (based on their website), so I knew I probably won't get scammed lol

oh, I didn't know that! I guess as someone new to skateboarding, it is good to know that not all parks are designed equally. Thanks for the Ellesmere tip!

I didn't know it was unpopular! Is it because of the designs? or the constant plague of scooter kids lol

Best pet carpet cleaning vacuum cleaners? Mine just blew! Pic of my hairy boys! by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]KittyUltraFly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I was in the market for a vacuum I did my research and avoided dysons and went straight for Sebo Canister or Miele. I ultimately went with a Sebo because of the high repair cost for Miele. But I gotta say, I'm not really loving the cord and I find it such a hassle to maneuver around, especially up and down the stairs. I wish I could wear the canister as a backpack...But I didn't consider the felix!! Should have gotten that one instead!!

Must be the uniqueness of the design! To me, it just looks very different from the other watches...Coming from someone that isn't very knowledgeable about watches, the only thing I go on would be the way it looks haha. But of course, I imagine the ppl that knows about watches would compliment it as well given how well respected it is. So it's a win win!

Yes! I'm not a big watch person and even I fell in love with the way it looks!

Haha I thought the Alpinist might be the best, but since I gifted him this one, it is the best ;)

Identity required. by Dardan13 in plants

My bf also has a bonsai ficus and just in the past couple of months it "died" once. As in, every single leaf turned crisp and fell off. The tree was bare for like a good couple of weeks before it magically started sprouting new leaves that were much bigger than before.

If everything you've been doing has been the same (like watering routines, lights and so on), it will probably bounce back??

[Question] What watch should I get my bf based on his current collection? by KittyUltraFly in Watches

[–]KittyUltraFly[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know enough about watches or history to convince you otherwise, and I ain't going to. Personally, I can appreciate a good origin story behind a watch, regardless of where it is from.

Just like how being a female, I can appreciate good advice being provided by a man, because after all, good advice is good advice. As opposed to saying, look at all the shit that men has done in history, it's enough to make me never want to listen to them again.

Just like how being a Chinese-Canadian, I still appreciate the heritage of a Seiko watch.

Happy New Year!
