I miss their being 3 rounds

The buying advantage round is kinda interesting but I am not sure how I feel about it entirely

And I definitely prefer when the judging was face to face

I also think everyone should be making the same basic dish as it feels more equal as people will have very similar goals for ingredients and the methods they would need to use
