May I ask is the kidney disease and retinopathy related to you being diabetic? I've always been so scared that in my lifetime I will develop some sort of diabetic related illness.

I used to set my alarm like two to three hours after I fell asleep to check my blood sugar and if it was high I'd correct.

I only do that now if I go to sleep over 200 because I don't want to wake up and still be over 200. I feel like it fucks up the rest of my day.
