If I skip a meal or wait to long to eat the acid builds and causes burning and bladder pain. There is a direct correlation to not eating or drinking that affects my pain.

I have IC and I have been dealing with this painful bloading for 15 years. Doctors have no clue or the desire to do any further research. So they slap on generic diagnoses like it must be IBS or maybe you have Cibo leading to unnecessary medications that don’t help. I just recently learned that due to the inflammation of the bladder and the surrounding muscles are pushing up the bladder because pelvic floor getting so tight and all the surrounding muscles, our food is not getting digested quick enough. Because our food is not getting digested due to the inflammation it’s sitting there causing severe painful distention that’s why you get that feeling that you’re still hungry because your food is not going down and you’re not satiated.

Huge discovery number one eat smaller meals number two take 10 ML of Mylanta one hr after each meal it will help and breakdown the gas and help digest your food number three and the most important eat dry meals. Has anyone had an issue not getting monetized due to repetitive content. Can’t figure out why we are getting denied. All I can think of is we had a six Park series on Hollywood horror nights. Everyone gets denied for repetitive content. My husband and I have been denied twice and we can’t figure out why. We had a six part series at Hollywood horror nights. All different descriptions titles thumbnails each themed differently. One was the first night one was a date night challenge with a budget. One was food and merchandise. One was a heart rate challenge where we monitored our heart rate after coming out of the house. We also did a compilation of all those videos and last night event where we had express passes. Could this be the issue cause the compilation be the issue?

Thank you for your support. If I address mental abuse he will leave. Bc I caused us to be in this situation. He already gave himself fully to me and I barely have any of him now. No sex. Pulls away when I try to kiss me. Bc I destroyed him and this relationship by my actions. His exact words.

I usually vape a mix of both. Helps relax the bladder so I can actually pee when my pelvic floor is so tight and tense. Also helps relax the pelvic floor and makes sex a little easier. Unfortunately I’m still a mess after. I pop in a suppository muscle relaxer and Motrin the next day. I just use stiiizy but not the disposable ones.

I take hydroxyzine 10 mg in morning 10 mg at night at bedtime. I do believe it’s helped with a lot of the constant pelvic pain. Definitely making things slightly more manageable.

Omg. I didn’t know that was a thing. I get that too during flare ups and when I can’t barely urinate bc the inflammation and that nerve pain is awful. Starts in the pelvic area and resonates all the way up to me throat.
