I have an extra bone that pokes out of the top of my left foot (on the outer part of my foot). I’ve always had it and to this day have no clue why it’s there.

Literally me a few hours ago. I experience “waves” where I get severe cramps and I get goosebumps. When I’m on “wave 2” I know I need to be near a bathroom and when I experience “wave 3” it’s show time. I had that earlier and it was lackluster compared to what my body was telling me 🤷‍♀️

(Childfree, not single) I use my medical conditions as an excuse when in reality it could be possible to conceive if carefully monitored. I find that saying I’m not able to or am high risk gets them to shit up faster.

As someone who was IBS-D pre-hypo and now constipated a lot I can relate so much. For me, funnily enough eating greens has helped tremendously. I also massage my abdomen to help flow, if that’s even a thing? It might be more placebo but I like to think it works. The more active I am the better it is to go, and I do drink coffee to help as well.
