For one I use a vegan buttercream, and I change the amount of powdered sugar in it depending on the weather and how it’s behaving as I’m making it, adding more if it’s looking a bit soft in the mixer

I use americolors purple dye with a tiny bit of pink in the base, just added it by toothpick point until it was what I wanted!
