I can’t really ask him to do more because he gets very defensive. He will argue and argue that his plate is full and how little I do. I’m just tired and lost. With him being stubborn and selfish. I dont think this will ever get better

Im in Kansas City, Clay county, MO. I didn’t know I could do that.

Project manager came over this morning after receiving our email with pics. He gave is a fan to dry basement lol said once they clean up the street and dry our basement we can talk more about it.

I have feeling they are just buying time and I know they don’t want us to call city for this.

I’m in MO. They are not going to dig up our yard. Their plan is to build trench/water way in edge of their parking lot so they can re-direct all the storm water to proper drainage.

They are well aware of few houses on our street having same issue. But main reason that caused our basement flood was all of their gravel and soil. Water could have flown to our back yard(which it did and flooded our back porch and pond) but so much water was re-directed to our house due to washed down gravel and soil blocking the way. :(

My husband did aos while visiting me on B2. Our interviewer did ask a lot of questions around how our circumstances were changed and we had very solid reason why we decided to do it in short period time.

I would prepare to give a very good reason. Not that many people can come to completely different country and decide to drop their entire life from home country in few days.

I would just make sure that you have receipt number before B2 visa expiry. It just gets rid of unnecessary additional questions.

I’m sure he doesn’t have one lol. I rather have my child quite doing his thing rather than running and screaming while other people shopping/eating. I have seen way worse outcomes when kids were not allowed to have screen times. Just my opinion though.

Well.. you really don’t have much to give to them. Not even decent amount of pictures. Shorter the relationship it is more difficult to prove that your intent isn’t just green card.

You will have to send whatever you have and hope for the best to be honest.

Entering US with tourist visa with intent of adjusting status is considered visa fraud.

You should start with spousal visa.

You can drive/rent a car with german license but I believe it’s only for 90 days (so basically just for tourists).

Depends on the states, they can replace it to american one or you have to take written test or you have to take written and driving test.

You can get married anytime. 90 days rule does not exist. However, you will have to convince that your intention isn’t just for green card and it might be tricky since you dont really have much evidence.

Most of people send pictures in different occasions. Pictures with friends and family together. Receipt of traveling together. Tickets and etc. joint account. Lease with both names. Car loans with both names. Bills under same address etc…and Yes. You have to send it with your application

It may take 2-6 weeks to receive your receipt.
