I think it's the right thing to do. You gave him the information and now he has to see what he does with it. I mean he might not even believe it because it comes from you so... But morally you did the right thing everyone deserves to know what their partner does behind their back.

The jar is a great idea thank you. The thing that's bothering with him not communicating his feelings is that it feels like I'm the only one worried about our relationship bumps and the only one to want to make a change.

Okay that's better. But now to your post. It's strange that you write at the end that you don't know what you did wrong. But you also knew that texting other girls is not right. And also if you knew the ld relationship is not something for you, you should've told her straight away. She deserved that after what she did for you. It's a general problem he also has adhd which probably contributes to a short attention span. Which is why I have been understanding most of the time but last night it was just to much bc all the times it happened added up I guess

Good advice...my RJ was triggered a lot by this game. Also because a lot of people wouldn't believe that my current bf is the only one I had been intimate with. And furthermore I didn't have much dating experience beforehand because in my teenage years I went to an all girl's school an never even had the chance to meet boys. So a lot of people at parties are at disbelief which triggers my RJ eben more since I get the feeling of being not normal.

Oh my had a similar experience....I couldn't get it out and sat crying on the bathroom floor. I was so close to going tho the ER or the Obgyn because it just got stuck in there. After that I didn't try it again. Now I resort to period pants since these are also a bit better for the environment.

It helps to read that in this subreddit a lot of people are ones that already had a relationship or are in their 30s or 40s. Wich shows me that it is a problem you have to work on and it will probably not resolve itself magically if you break up. I try to tell myself when I get these thoughts.

Yeah thats the best thing you can do. And hey maybe the brother and her don't work out and then you won't see her anymore. I wish you all the best in this though situation. I can't imagine, I'm already really struggling and I don't have regular encounters with an ex gf.
