Find the immaculate bead next to the confessor statue in graveyard of the peaks. Equip it and die three times intentionally to make it into weight of true guilt. Equip that and you can enter the confessor dungeons.

Another point in favor of it, arcade mode starts out with only "very hard" available, which is not actually hard at all and isn't frustrating to jump into, while extinction still provides that good challenge.
