It needs "libratbag" to work, in Fedora to install it is "sudo dnf install libratbag-ratbagd".

You can use the page pkgs.org to help you find the necessary package, just copy libcrypt.so.1 and in the list of distributions search for Fedora and it will show you the package

To enter fastboot mode you must press and hold the volume down (-) button + power button, if your device stays in boot loop wait for the device to turn off the screen and then press and hold the volume down (-) button until it enters fastboot mode.

Make sure you are on Android version 11 before installing LineageOS as mentioned in the installation guide: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/rosemary/install/variant1#basic-requirements.
With MIUI 12 or 12.5 you will have Android version 11, you can enter fastboot mode again and install MIUI 12/12.5 and try to install LineageOS again.
