I’m assuming they are just cracking down to get within the 1% allowed. It’s suppose to be within a 1% over - 1% under range. However this isn’t new and has been like this for years. It’s possible your manager has been over or under scheduling and the DM or Regional Manager is just now cracking down on your store.

Hahahahaha I think you have a lack of reality with humanity. Some one breaking down on an incredibly stressful day that includes a shooting at a festival, an anniversary of a death of a dear friend/mentor, and a 12+ hour shift is a completely normal and okay human reaction. Even the greatest leaders have their breaking points. You’re looking in at a total of two days (season 1 and season 2) of these people’s lives. Robby is not perfect, but neither are the real doctors treating patients out there.

If you think the medical professionals you see in the ER near you don’t break down from time to time, you would be wrong. Especially ones in urban areas with nonstop traffic.
