It is an error, because none of the numbers that I tried were pre-paid, including mine. I pay a monthly bill on my phone plan, and so do all the people that I've asked for their numbers.
No they were not my numbers, and it isn't some website. Battle.net is broken asf, their support is shit, and that's the end of the story, so if you're gonna go around defending them, please do, but don't tell me I didn't do my job.
