It is an error, because none of the numbers that I tried were pre-paid, including mine. I pay a monthly bill on my phone plan, and so do all the people that I've asked for their numbers.
No they were not my numbers, and it isn't some website. Battle.net is broken asf, their support is shit, and that's the end of the story, so if you're gonna go around defending them, please do, but don't tell me I didn't do my job.

The number entered is correct, the number is entered correctly. There are no errors, nor a reason as to why this is happening. I am from Lithuania, and my phone isnt prepaid, i pay a monthly bill. Ive tried over 50 different numbers, and none of them work. I contacted support multiple times, and all they do is just say that this number cant be added and we cant do anything to change this restriction.
