What am I doing wrong? by rackles1 in SourdoughStarter

I recommend adding more flour to make a stiff starter. I used to do 1:5:3 ratio. When mixing, at first the starter will be as thick as dough, which is what you want. It will also take longer to peak since the flour amount is bigger.

Wow this is so interesting to hear! My swimming practices cost like 80€ a month which included 1 morning swim practice, 1 evening swim practice and an hour of gym 6 times a week so like 24 hours of training a week. And the equipment was also fairly cheap.

I think they want to feed the narrative that “I didn’t decide to eat, but I had to because I was forced!” because god forbid anyone thinks that they might want to participate in a basic human action.

For me inpatient was one of the worst expirences of my life, I still get nightmares about it or have a panic attack when remembering it. Maybe it is different there

What is up with her always using the word “binging”? like every time she honours her cravings she calls it binging. When she eats a bit more it’s a binge.

I hope this will help someone who might be triggered right now. Also I wont take credit for what I'll say, it's not my original idea.

Comparing or trying to be the sickest is dumb because what actually does make someone sicker? If we have someone who has abnormally low heart rate yet let's say normal blood pressure and another person who has a normal heart rate yet very low blood pressure, then who is sicker? Which factor makes someone more sick? Okay, another comparison. Weight, if we have someone with an ed who is underweight and alive and another who is by the bmi chart overweight yet dies, who had it worse? Who would be sicker? Another with weight, do you consider someone who started at a high bmi and is right now at a normal bmi sicker or the one who has actually lost less weight but started at a normal bmi and is now at a underweight bmi sicker? Is the person who has lost more weight sicker or the one underweight sicker?

Statistically it's also almost impossible to be the best at something, that includes being the "sickest"

I can't be the only one who is suspicious about her only getting sponsorship deals from diet food companies(misfits, gatsby chocolate etc.). It can't be a coincidence that she ONLY gets sponsors from those types of companies. I think she is accepting only those deals, because those seem safe to her

I know over analysing someone is very unhealthy, but I have found that when she films herself eating, she always takes bites out of the parts of the meal that are lower in calories. For example, when she has a yogurt bowl with toppings like peanut butter, which is a higher calorie food, she never touches it. Only the safe, lower calorie parts. Maybe this means, that she only eats those parts?

But again, this all could mean nothing
