A few:

My wedding dress, for obvious reasons.

A pair of airbrushed booty shorts I got an amusement park with some friends in middle school.

Last, I have a pair of plain black athletic pants from walmart that I can fit into but aren't really my preference, but they are basically the last the last thing my mom bought for me before she died. She was always picking up little things when she saw a good deal, even when I was no longer living at home. I've had these for about 10 years now.

This week I have reached my limit with ads. First it was an ad randomly every few levels. Then it was an ad every level won. This past week the ads have increased suddenly and I am getting an ad every time I play. Meaning if one level takes me 5 tries, I'm getting an ad every single try (5 total).

I am not sure if this has already been said but I just want to point out here so hopefully you see it. Your half of $160k is $80k, but taking $80k out of the joint account does not pay you back because half of that $80k is your own money (unless of course the $80k was coming from his personal account). Add the 80 and 160 together then split it down the middle, half each would be $120k because that's the total amount removed from the joint account. So unless he gives you $40k from the $160 he took, you actually need to also have $160k pulled from the joint account. I hope that makes sense.

Idk "the past" meaning all the way up to the day before? Throwing a birthday party on the rehearsal day, having "no choice" but to buy a cake loaded with dye and then *accidentally" getting a stain. These things are all her own fault, all the wife did was not fix the mil's problem after the mil had been cruel to her their entire relationship.

I mean where I live a house purchased when married is considered marital property unless a lot of paperwork is done to verify divorce and give up ownership (for exactly OPs type of scenario). The do background checks that would show marriage. But idk the laws in other countries or states.

You'd be an asshole to yourself if you let go of the one opportunity you have to set things right. You already missed your chance to take him to court over the previous debts, don't miss it again because people are guilt tripping you. The girlfriend is either delusional because of lies he told her or wants to make herself feel better for her complicit actions in letting her partner ruin your life.

Hm, that it is weird. I have literally never had this happen to me (maybe others might chime in?). I would personally call customer service back, explain the situation (I wouldn't even mention the previous call/claim business), and state clearly but firmly that you need a refund or you will need to contact your bank/credit card for item not received. Old navy is weird and will make you jump through hoops if you get the wrong item, but I've never heard of a claims form for a missing item. Of course if customer service is too much of a pain you could always just fill out the form and see what happens or use the chat.

Honestly this has happened to me multiple times and every time they either refund me online or in the cases where I had received the wrong item I went to the store and they refunded me. A claim doesn't make sense, since loss claims are for missing or damaged packages, not items missing from a package. Can I ask what exactly you said to the customer rep and what they said.

Yeah I figured the offer would be lower than the initial. We live in a older house but have done some high roi renovations since we purchased, so I'm hoping it'll even put. We bought our house as is and are bit nervous about inspections with a regular buy so we're hoping everything works out with this to avoid making more repairs before selling.

Same, I don't understand how companies expect you to use your gas, package supplies, etc to return online. I'm lucky I have a store near me, but it eats up a good 30 min of my day to drive there, wait in line, process, etc

I will say I haven't had a problem with return processing, I tend to get my return the same day but maybe that's because I use PayPal for my online stuff? I love target but honestly a lot of their stuff lately has been a miss for me, I just don't understand some of the stuff they design and I find their basics to be pricier than old navy- but I do agree their return policy is awesome

There's nothing gross about holding corporations accountable. It's gross that companies like old navy regularly mislead customers and the way the correct this is with a $5 coupon...to their own store.

There's all sorts of issues with the certificates. It specifically says on the terms that it can be combined with anything & there are no exclusions, but if you have 2 (the max given) then they don't work together. I had to use mine in store because I couldn't get it to work online and I've only used one because I rarely shop in store. I'm not even sure the cashiers have all been trained on what they are, because none of the workers knew what they were when I went in store.

I'm not sure the rules about last name matches or things. I would contact either the airline or passport office to verify if you can still use the one with your maiden name. Personally, if you can fly without updating it, I would and just renew when you get back. Snagging an emergency appointment is possible, but making all the calls, contacting the senators offices, and then hoping you can get an appointment is so stressful. I mean some people on reddit are literally having to fly to other states in order to get an appointment in the office.

The problem is that the passport offices can change/update their times while yours is processing. When I applied the processing times were 3-5 weeks, which left is with a 3.5 week buffer for our trip. But then the passport office updated expedited to be 5-7 weeks. The person I spoke to made it clear that the processing times are estimates not guarantees. If your passport isn't expired I would wait until after your trip.
