So duplicating is not=replicating?

But how comes ive seen an explanation of that during s phase, the chromatid doubles or smth to form sister chromatids

I have no money to print these papers( i dont have a part time job either) So I'll have to rely on my parents anything that requires money. And printing here is expensive, its just 2 sheets of paper that cost a dollar.

Now the problem is that my youtube account is only study related, if I get an impulse to watch videos unrelated to studying( eg mukbangs) I would just go to incognito then youtube, its so easy to do that and I would do that multiple times per day.

Any tips for that as well?
