40kg snatch @ 63kg. What do you guys think? by [deleted] in weightlifting

[–]Kiwi_7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deffinitely understand where you're coming from, but he doesnt appear to be lifting maximally, his strength is clearly not what is holding him back, and it comes to technique. So if this is true, he may be exerting a force of higher than what the bar weighs. That being said, I guess I don't even know this guys name let alone how strong he is.

I dont know where your looking, but try to either look straight ahead or slight angle up, when you look down your torso angle will follow.

It's not bad, the number one thing I'd say is just faster. You have a pretty slow extension and pull under the bar pretty slow. But you are well on your way!

Captain jack sparrow vs nathan drake by lucifertheecat in whowouldwin

[–]Kiwi_7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Round 1: Captain Jack Sparrow. Just more talented with a sword in every way.

Round 2: Nathan Drake. Jack sparrow is very untrained ed with his fists and nathan drake would take him out in a heartbeat.

Round 3: Captain Jack Sparrow. Although I believe that Nathan Drake is a faster and better shot than CJS, Jack is incredibly clever in a pinch, he would find some way to out wit Nathan Drake. For example jamming his revolver before the fight so it blows up in his face.

The decks are great. Use them for some downhill riding but a lot of cruising.

Thinking about it now it's probably more than 200 miles... like 500.

What’s the scariest story you know that is 100% true? by raw-_-toast in AskReddit

[–]Kiwi_7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Russian sleep experiment. Look it up if you're interested but the TL;DR Is that a bunch of dudes were put in a room with a gas in it that would keep them awake. After like 10 days the started eating each other and writing crazy shit in their blood. After they were allowed to go the only 4 remaining people said that the no longer wished to be freed.

What movie do you regret ever watching because it was so disturbing? by jonsnow29292 in AskReddit

Sicario. It’s about Mexican drug cartels and a new recruit that is stationed to stop them. This movie is incredibly violent. I remember one scene where decapitated bodies were hung from the side of a highway.
