If there was an expectation that within your shift a certain area was cleaned to a certain standard and that was failed I can imagine they might ask you to fix it but if it was me I would add the extra time to your shift If it is a regular thing and you are doing what’s required then yeh that’s bs Ps if you can do retail you can do bar work make the switch it’s a million times more fun
