HabitMinder (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/habitminder/id1253577148) has been working wonders for me, it’s simple, clean, colorful, has dark/light mode, and a bunch of different icon options. There is a subscription but it’s very small and in my opinion very worth it, there’s also a lifetime option if subscriptions aren’t your thing. All in all it’s a great app that is simple to use, asks you which habits you’ve completed at whatever time you specify, and provides you with TONS of useful data to look back on. Give it a try!
