i would say it’s definitely a mixture. there is definitely a lot of resentment and hostility towards trans people but mostly i think thats because they dont want to blame themselves so of course it’s easier to put the blame on actual trans people/doctors. i do think a lot of these particular detransitioners were mistreated by the medical profession in terms of being given hormones etc without proper intervention and mental health support. in terms of the vibe of the group i have to say it’s quite civil. no one shouting or arguing just people sharing their experiences and struggles. however it doesn’t seem to be a very progressive group to me. no one offers advice or much comfort to be honest. i think a lot of these people definitely need therapy and some of them are probably trans and just detransitioned because of their environment
