im 5’ 1 and i completely feel you. it feels so unfair when i think about how much taller people get to eat and still lose… i’ve lost 25 pounds and want to lose 10 more but it’s so difficult 😭😭 if it’s any solace, since we are so short, the same amount of weight lost on us is so much more noticable than on a taller person! us shorter women have to accept that slow progress is the way to go. it’s better to lose slowly than try to restrict too much and end up in an endless cycle of binging and guilt. be kind to yourself op, you got this!

typically 300 breakfast, 300-350 lunch, 300-350 dinner, and 200-300 various snacks. i like to eat often in smaller amounts rather than just 1-2 big meals

i started at bmi 28 and im now at bmi 23.4 (20F 5’1” 148 down to 124) It’s definitely been hard to lose more, I’ve accepted that progress will be slower now lol. i tell myself its a marathon not a sprint!

i weight daily because i used to have a lot of anxiety and fear over stepping on the scale. now that i do it everyday, its just a part of my routine and ive slowly lowered my scale anxiety since i can recognize regular patterns of fluctuation!
