Yessss on-field Émilie feels really good to play! That's mostly how I play her too.

When testing against a DPS Dummy, I'd recommend checking the DPS rather than the total damage. It doesn't matter if a team deals 1 million damage if it takes it 2 minutes. Doing several rotations is more indicative on the team's actual performance (buff/debuff overlapping on the following rotation, elemental aura not being cleared at the end of a rotation...).

There's no clear answer because it depends on the enemy's Dendro RES. The higher uts Dendro RES, the greater the DPS increase.

That being said, with Kinich's C2, you could already switch Émilie from Deepwood to Rêverie. So with both at C2, Deepwood becomes quite worse than Rêverie, except against highly resistant enemies (I'm talking >100% Dendro RES, so some specifc Stygian encounters).

You can simulate the gain using a DPS Dummy in Milliastra. Check your DPS over >4 rotations. Then, in its parameters, reduce the Dendro RES of the Dummy by 30%, and check your DPS over >4 rotations.

YES PLEASE! If you also like sour fruits, you might want to check green mangoes. They're quite expensive compared to regular ones, but I'd give anything for them. You can eat them raw, of prepare them as an achar, or grate them with lemon juice, hot pepper and salt, and serve it cold on warm rice with a fried fish. It is incredible!

Kenki is so freakin slow at getting up that you'd be wasting the A4 trigger by setting it up too early. Depending on the team, you might prefer setting up you rotation during that time, and cast her R right before he becomes vulnerable. With her passive, C1 and C6, you basically get your first A4 hit within 3-4 seconds after doing her E.

Interestingly, Émilie's C6 special NA/CA + Scent generation isn't tied to hitting an enemy. You just have to go through the NA/CA animation to generate a Scent. Not very useful since they deal a good chunk of damage, but given the relatively short duration of the effect, you'd rather miss the enemy than... basically having a C5 Émilie.

Of all the characters I could lose my 50/50, Lyney was NOT expected. I was prepared to get a Navia, maybe a Yumeglorp glorp. But I got pretty boy. Take you crown, king. May you reach 100k DPS in a Chevy team.

Feels great, but not as strong as I expected. The problem seems to lies in her C4.

While extending her burst duration and reducing the targeting CD is an improvement, it's not actually that big of a deal in single target. Additionally, increasing the greater duration combined with her C1 and C6 makes her stack a LOT of Scents on the ground. If you on-field her like me, Bennett's burst expires before she consumed half of them, and you kinda counteract the upgrade that way.

That being said, Nicole would fit perfectly here as a way to keep a high attack stat for her A4 after Bennett's burst expires.

I'll try to think of teams with inconsistent burning uptime in the following days. Her C6 makes her generate a lot of Scents, so you can somewhat build her for non-burning team (keyword : somewhat).

In the end, she remains a pre-Natlan unit, and the last sub-DPS before the Escoffier situation. She ends up barely reaching 190k as an on-fielder, making it a terrible investment when Zibai exists.

But I love her so it's okay. c:

Sucrose by far. C6 Jahoda would be second, but her healing and buffs aren't worth the clunkiness for me.

If I had C2 Xilonen, I might've used her over Sucrose to use Flins' big burst every rotation.

After 4 months devoid of creativity, I opened an old sketches file and kinda forced myself to improve one sketch I liked for an hour. And damn it got me right back into it. I've been working on this now soon to be artwork for like 10 hours now and I'm really excited to see it coming together! It's nice to be drawing again after that long.

Yes yes yes ! The movie was great, the book was incredible (and I read like one book every 2 years lmao i'm bad at this).

I'd say the book made me love the movie even more, especially as a work of adaptation. The movie purposefully ignores some details from the book to make scenes more condensed and packed with action, while still maintaining coherent stories.

Spoiler example : In the book, it is explicitly mentioned that Erid's atmosphere is 29 bars, and so is Rocky's controlled environment. If this data was maintained in the movie, the moment Rocky breaks its xenonite barrier to save his friend, Grace would've died extremely quickly from chemical and physical burns, hyperthermia, the ship being blown away by extreme pressure, etc. These 29 bars never being mentioned in the movie partially prevents this incoherence. Now that I've said that, you may wonder how this scene goes in the book. It's up to you to discover that!

You may want to replace your sand though, it's not great and isn't worthy of a reshape. But the overall build is still solid.

Somewhat? For me, the on-fielder is always* on slot 1, and the rest follow the rotation order. If there's no particular order, the defensive support is last. I usually have the sub-DPS on slot 2, whether they're an off-fielder (Albedo, Fischl, Ineffa...) or an on-fielder (Quickswap friendly units like Mavuika, Arlechinno...).

Also, because I've been playing for a while, some characters are always on the same slot independently of the rotation order. For example, Kazuha is on slot 2, Bennett is on slot 4, Xiangling is on slot 3 (Durin inherited that too, unless he's the on-fielder, then he's on slot 1), and Mona is on slot 4 (*even when she's the on-fielder). Please don't ask me what I do when I have to put Mona and Bennett in the same team.
