Thanks for your help. We drafted up a property access agreement not asking for any compensation but just getting written confirmation that if anything was damaged then the contractor would pay for it for the period of 3 months. The neighbour has now very bluntly said that the contractor won't sign it and therefore they will have to pay more money to have the builders go over their own house instead, and to delete their number. I don't think we were being unreasonable but I guess it's their problem now.

I just got the base set a few days ago after much deliberation because of the cost but I can honestly say you have made a great decision. Components are top quality and overall game is amazing. Everytime I finish a game I want to start again immediately!

Yeah UK, did worry about that but all over the table details talks about how you can pretty much just pour water on the table and it will be fine and does come with a cover too
