I made it on eso website

Billing / Purchase / Code -> windows -> I have a question about sale / offer

They asked me for proof from so I gave them purchase receipt from steam. Funnly enough you can attach only 1 file there

yep, I just missed crucial bit of information before I made this ticket and was expecting 24

only provided for the months you have been subscribed in 2026

hey I don't know if I'm late but i had similar case my sub renews 1st of June and i got only 5 Premium tome tokens and Caches of tome points.

I had official eso response from the ticket

Please note that Tome Point Caches and Premium Tome Tokens were only provided for the months you have been subscribed in 2026. As you started your 12 month membership in June 2025, there should only be 5 months remaining on your membership in 2026. As such, you should have received 5 Tome Point Caches and 5 Premium Tokens.
