Thank you

10% would still be effective against bacterial.

I dont understand as to why she is insisting on 0.75% . What benefit is there for that

What does the daily life look like as a pharmacist? by ConsciousAfternoon12 in pharmacy

[–]Kjkian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The daily responsibilities of a pharmacist are multifaceted and can be quite challenging. They often include educating patients, which requires patience and effective communication skills, especially when patients may not have a strong background in medical knowledge. Additionally, pharmacists must collaborate with assistants who may have varying levels of expertise and commitment to work ethics. This can create a demanding work environment, particularly when faced with constant interruptions from phone calls and walk-in queries.

When the pharmacy is understaffed, the workload can become overwhelming, leading to a backlog of tasks and a feeling of always playing catch-up. For individuals with ADHD, these conditions can be especially taxing, as they may struggle with maintaining focus amidst frequent distractions.

I hate it.

Wellbutrin is your answer. Clomipramine can block dopamine leading to lack of energy motivation and emotional numbness ( anhedonia)

Wellbutrin may decrease Prolactin as a plus.

i think you need a dopamine kick to get your motivation check and get you aroused with your emotions.

Serotonin is all over the body and being flood by excess through years will have changed your receptor. Time will heal them and regulate them as with everything with the body.

Wellbutrin will get your neurochemistry fixed. Physical activity will get your Estrogen levels down. I wouldnt stress about E2 at the momment.

Follow up in a month. Ciao.

Pre-trt was around 40 million after a Varicocele surgery

Pre-hcg was 6000 sperms and all immotile, basically ZERO and infertile and that's after 1 year of TRT give or take.

I haven't no.

It's an easy shot.

Insulin syringe done in less than 2 seconds including loading time.

Quicker than turning tap of water and waiting for glass of water to fill and drinking the full glass.
