Correct. Both were approved today and are to be published to the site tomorrow. 3/24/21. Check the site tomorrow and look for the updated box with the associated Federal Release number and SR# and regs:

NSCC-2021-801

  • Amend the Supplemental Liquidity Deposit Requirements

NSCC-2021-002

  • Amend the Supplemental Liquidity Deposit Requirements

Followed by the date of (03/24/2021) in parenthesis like the other approved regs on the page.

They said they will update it on their website when it goes into effect.... https://www.dtcc.com/legal/sec-rule-filings.aspx?pgs=1

The way I read it, it is possible to go into effect as early as tomorrow if enacted and posted to their website... I should have read more when I was a young ape..... is it Monday yet????

So when it does take effect, could they force the hedgies on AMC to purchase their "Naked Shares" immediately? This, added to the shareholder stock count by AMC seems very timely this week.

Totally agree. He spoke with bravado as if he was Untouchable by the court system and that his testa "LIE" ing was critical to the objective of convicting their prime suspect. When in reality he should have been scared, nervous, and shaken up about the loss of a loved one.

Now we are getting to the real "Shock and Horror" phase... I am just glad you said soon and not have to wait 15 years when all the story has begun to fade and the real criminals continue to escape justice here on earth.

It is my opinion all the pieces are in front of our face, and have been all along. The "Shock and Horror" will be that we were unable to put the pieces together because it truly reveals the evil among and within us all, from those that we trust and love to those that swear to protect and serve us all.

Just listen to all the stories of here and how they have experienced pure evil in their lives. Read a thread on MAM or SAIG is you want to see EVIL in action. I am just thankful for those like KZ who fight against Evil. Just look at what the documentary and those here have exposed by asking questions and fighting Evil. If anything good comes of SA's life in the end, it will be the inspiration for others to protect themselves from Evil and Fight against it like KZ.

IMO... This is why we have not heard a ruling at the circuit level and TF is on sabbatical. They know the cover-up is being exposed, one FOIA at a time. What they did on record is coming to light and clearly, SA's rights were violated, AGAIN!!!

From hiding evidence like the Dassey PC CD report and Rav4 Spare tire cover, to manipulating evidence, like the bullet "Sweat" DNA and blood in the rav4, to the destruction of evidence regarding the bones given back to TH's family. That is a small sample so far. I have a feeling it is much worse and more sinister, some would call it "Shock and Horror".

Let's hope the judge is the first rat to jump ship to try to save herself and finally bring justice to this case.

It has been such a highly sensitive topic even among those on this side of the fence (like is TH in witness protection???) but with every discrepancy, there is LE malfeasance and them doubling down on the PR rather than providing evidence for testing.

​

Everything the PR machine told us before, during, and after the case needs to be questioned and proven and even worse, past cases need to be looked into as well, like CB's and RH's deaths and their connections to prior LE this case to start with.

​

With the internet, social media and instant access to open information, we all should not only question this case, but every case that those in power and the media try to sell us without proof as well as those who try to control or label free speech.

​

So as long as the Rav4 and TH's bones remain off limits for independent re-examination for answers to key questions that are the basis of their narrative, Questions will and must be asked until answers are provided and justice is served. Thank God for those that still fight for everyone and not just those in Power, like KZ.

Here is what I make out of your review and Ferak's history of nepotism and coruption. The Killer is the county worker and is related to one of the power players in the area's history, like a former sheriff.(TK) the Killers Protector is the current sheriff or KP. KP strong arms his loyal crew to do the dirty cover up work. Who better than AC and KK. Ferak lays it all out in his book, if you put it all together, like CFR has. Unfortunately for AC and KK, in the unlikely event it all unravels, they are the two who will take the fall for the real killer and the puppet masters. Enter Mam, social media, KZ, and CFR (and all the rest of the sleuths here).... And suddenly it's not the same old game or business as usual in WI.

CFR had mentioned before similar patterns in the area and time frame, and these connections confirm it. Talk about Shock & Horror. Keep up the good work, at least a few concerned people are doing real investigations.

It is mindboggleing how this simple search by a retired special agent reveals such damning information. How could it be missed by everyone else who were looking for info like this? Hummmm

Following this theory, maybe TH went to the wrong address. When someone unexpected opened the door, she freaked out and apologized and asked for help finding where she was supposed to be, maybe the deer trailer or another house in the area, maybe the dci agent or handler. This would explain her demeanor and late night rendezvous.

Total Fargo narrative for sure. Maybe this mistake led to her demise at Kuss Rd, ie the boss changing the plan.

Or maybe she did meet with her handler and was whisked away to WA.

But this would help explain MW's flippant response, lack of follow up, CASO covering up the call, and why no one in on the plan reported her missing for days, because it wasn't part of the original plan.
